5. Payments and Fees

We use Stripe as our payment processor. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by Stripe's Terms of Service.

For businesses:

  • We may charge fees for the use of certain features of the Service. These fees will be clearly communicated to you.
  • You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your use of the Service.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by law.

For customers:

  • Payment terms for orders placed through businesses on our platform are determined by those businesses.
  • Refund policies are set by individual businesses and should be addressed directly with them.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Filmed and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Filmed.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Filmed. Filmed has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that Filmed shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service; and
  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
